Terms of use

Blackmont Flow is currently offered as a private beta. Features, availability, limits, pricing, and commercial terms may change before a broader release.

Permitted use

You may use Flow only through an account you are authorized to control and only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must protect access codes and devices and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Planning, not execution

Calculations, classifications, projections, and prepared instructions are informational planning tools. They do not move money unless a separate supported action is explicitly presented and approved by you. Flow does not guarantee financial, tax, investment, or business outcomes.

Connected services

Banking, email, authentication, and billing providers may apply additional terms. Sandbox and test-mode data are simulated and must not be treated as real balances, transactions, charges, or subscriptions.

Availability

Beta access may be limited, suspended, or changed to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. You remain responsible for reviewing information before acting on it and for maintaining independent records.
